David and his team are very accommodating.I had a 20-21 TAX return, including rental property.This process was new and challenging for me; however, David and his team helped me through the process.The administration staff can be challenging to understand due to their accent. However, the administration staff would either call back with a different person, e.g. David or try a different approach to communicate the message; I would like to point out that this is not criticism towards the team. They are accommodating.I felt that the first TAX return draft needed improvements, so David booked a Zoom appointment with me to work through some of the issues, and we achieved a positive outcome.I would recommend Femia Accountants as they are thorough and helpful.

Like your Mum, except with a calculator... I hate paperwork. I have a Black Belt in Procrastination, just ask these guys. Fortunately however, David, Brian Chan in particular and their switched-on office team, gently but deliberately guide me through what needs to be done, professionally and methodically with dizzying debt defying expertise and infinite (!) patience. I absolutely recommend them, because irrespective of whether you're in boom or bust, the peace of mind from having them in the background tucking away the corners, allows you to focus on where it should be, family and business.
